The Cobblestone Freeway Foundation was originally established to support cultural projects in Ukraine. Because of Russia’s war against Ukraine, we have decided to shift our focus to helping Ukrainians who need support.
1. We are a small, grassroots organisation.
2. We send donations directly to Ukrainians.
3. Our volunteers in Ukraine help Ukrainians daily.
4. 95% of all funds go directly towards helping Ukrainians.

Help us support Ivanka.
Ivanka is currently a refugee in Poland with her son, Myroslav.
She is unable to work, and her husband Taras is in Ukraine a volunteer in the war effort. She does not know when she will be able to return to Ukraine.

Help us support Karina.
Karina fled Kharkiv at 9 months pregnant, once bombing started. She has just given birth to a little boy.
They are safe in Lviv, but as a refugee away from her family, she will need support for weeks and months to come.

Help us support Hanna.
Hanna is from folk group Rozhanytsia. She with her 4 children slept in the Foundation’s office for a while after they had to flee Kyiv.
Hanna is now safe in Poland but taking care of her children will be a challenge in a new country.
Your donations are sent directly in cash to a Ukrainian who is in need. Donations also help purchase food, shelter, water, medicine, blankets, baby formula, a night’s stay in a safe place and a tank of gas to drive from Lviv to safety, among many other things.
The Cobblestone Freeway Foundation is a not-for-profit society registered in Alberta. We are working towards charitable status, but currently we are unable to issue tax-deductible receipts.
100% of all funds go towards our causes.
